Summer is upon us and July is just around the corner, bringing a variety of exciting events and activities that allow us all to make the most of summer fun in the sun in our beautiful cities. 4th of July Festivities
Celebrating the 4th of July starts the month off with a boom – all of the area festivities are going to be a blast! Boise knows how to celebrate Independence Day in style! Ann Morrison Park is undoubtedly a favorite place to view an incredible fireworks show. Pack a picnic, bring a blanket, and enjoy the fun activities leading up to the big show. The park will be buzzing with live music, food trucks, and games leading up to the spectacular fireworks display that will light up the night sky. It’s a perfect way to celebrate the 4th of July with a bang! But there are plenty of additional thrilling fireworks displays in the area. Each week sponsors and the Meridian Library District will be onsite with fun activities to do before the movie starts. Settlers Park also offers a splash pad, rock climbing boulders, swing sets, sound garden and more to enjoy before the movie starts.
