City











Boise
The capital and largest city in Idaho, Boise is where downtown life meets outdoor adventurists. From the ridge to the river, the canyon rim to the city skyline– life in between is filled with over 200 days of sunshine, 90+ parks, and 150+ scenic trails!
Eagle
Situated at the base of the foothills, just 10 miles west of downtown, Eagle offers open spaces and luxury living. This bedroom community is a hotspot for new shops, dining, and developments.
Garden City
Where a river runs through it; Garden City is the heart of all things art, wineries, and breweries. Creatives and visionaries make Garden City life an eclectic life.
Kuna
18 miles southwest of downtown Boise, Kuna is close proximity to outdoor recreation, a popular family farmstead, and growing neighborhood developments.
Meridian
The second largest city in Idaho, Meridian brings a pulse to the suburbs with the experiences like Top Golf, Village at Meridian, and Orchard Park. The loft-style vibe of a renewed downtown is an urban twist to this sprawling city.
Star
Tucked between downtown Boise and canyon county, Star cultivates the small-town feel with all the new amenities of big-city life.
Caldwell
Home to the College of Idaho and the Caldwell Night Rodeo. Caldwell's gorgeous countryside, award-winning wineries, farm-to-fork restaurants, and a renewed downtown transformed this city into a destination community.
Greenleaf
The pint-size city of Greenleaf is the perfect unification of farmland, cotton candy sunsets, and solitude. With a population of just over 800, it’s no wonder the famous Nathan’s Greenleaf Cafe is a local delight.
Melba
Situated on the beautiful Boise River in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains, Boise is located at the center of commerce, banking, and government activities, as wel as culture in Idaho’s capital.
Middleton
With a full view of two mountain ranges, and two counties, Middleton’s expanding new home development invites the Idahoan looking for country living only 30 minutes from Boise.
Nampa
Stretching north and south on either side of the interstate, Nampa, the 3rd largest city in the state, offers the perfect blend of city, country, and culture. Coffee shops, boutique restaurants, and local shops are on every corner.
Notus
The smallest city in Canyon county by both size and population, Notus is the city of “it’s all right!” The rural backdrop is less than 20 minutes from the hustle of the city landscape.
Parma
Located in the conjunction of the Boise River and Snake River, Parma has transformed the desert into a farming mecca.
Wilder
Wilder’s agricultural landscape is why Idaho is #2 in the country for hop production.
