Rock N Brew 50K, 28K, 10M

    We’re excited to bring you the 2nd annual Rock N Brew! 

Welcome to the 2024 Rock N Brew! Join us for a 50K, 28K or a 10Mile. All three races start at the park in Avimor and finish at the Spring Creek Brewery for food, music, fun and a cold beer! The cutoff for all races is 4PM.

50K
The 50K starts at the park and runs to Sheep Rock and back at the Brewery. The first ‘Ram’ and ‘Ewe’ to the Rock gets $100!! **You must finish the race to be eligible. The course has approx 5500ft elevation gain.  There are 4 aid stations at 3.8M, 12.3M (water only), 20.5M and 26.7M. Click here for GPX file of 50K. Click here for 50K written directions. 28K
The 28K course is a looped course that takes you through the trails in the Avimor foothills and brings you back to the Spring Creek Brewing Company where the party is! The elevation gain is approx 2600ft.  There are  three aid stations at 3.8M, 7.1M (water only), and 12.8M.  Click here for GPX file of 28K. Click here for 28K written directions. 10Mile
The 10 Mile course is a smaller loop that winds you through the trails in the Avimor foothills and brings you back to the Spring Creek Brewing Company for the party! This is a green race so you will need to bring a collapsible cup for the aid stations.

Be sure to get signed up by August 1st to be guaranteed race schwag. No refunds will be provided.

Packet Pickup will be Thursday and Friday August 9th and 10th from 11-6 (location TBD).  Race registration and packet pickup will also be available race day 1 hour prior to your start.

Aid Stations

All aid stations will be stocked with water, Tailwind, and typical ultra food. In an effort to reduce waste and help keep Avimor a litter free area this is a cupless race so please bring a collapsible cup or something similar to use at the aid stations.

Runner Participation

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the 50K unless approved by race director. Race director approval is also required before anyone under the age of 15 signs up for the 28K or 10M.

Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers. 

Entry Fees

50K: $95 thru Jun 15; $105 thru Aug 10; $115 on Race Day

28K: $60 thru Jun 15; $80 thru Aug 10; $90 on Race Day

10M: $55 thru Jun 15; $70 thru Aug 10; $80 on Race Day

Registration

Registration fee includes great schwag and a special finisher item. Online registration will remain open until Wednesday, Aug 7, 2024 (midnight). There will be race day registration. No refunds will be provided, including in the event of a cancellation outside of the organizers control.

SPECIAL NOTE: Be sure to sign up by Aug 1st to guarantee your post-race schwag. 

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be Thursday and Friday August 9th and 10th from 11-6 (location TBD).  You will pick up your packet only – Bibs will be picked up on race day along with your chip starting one hour prior to your race. Race registration and packet pickup will also be available race day 1 hour prior to your start.

The Pulse Running Events operates under a Special Use Permit on the Boise National Forest under the USDA
