The Dark Desert Highway Band (DDH) is proud to perform the music of the Eagles, Joe Walsh and Don Henley! Ticket price includes dinner. Both dance floors will be open for this event. This 6:00PM-8:30PM show is all ages welcome.

A three course dinner is included with ticket purchase. Dinner includes:

Nopales Soup: Stewed Cactus Leaves in an adobo broth with cilantro, scallions, and avocado -vegan

Main Course choice of:

Roasted petite tender served with bone marrow mousse, grilled nopales, pickled red onions, roasted carrots, agave demi-glace, and garlic and yucca mash.

Marinated chicken legs with a green chili crust, roasted yucca, nopales, roasted pasilla pepper puree, salsa Verda, tomato sand, and a birria dipping sauce.

Wild rice mushroom risotto, chipotle pickled chayote squash, and a roasted butternut “filet”.

Dessert choice of: Vegan raspberry cake, prickly pear cheesecake, cherry and almond gateau
