Laura Scally is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for serving others. With a strong background in Human Resources and Safety Management, as well as experience in education, she brings exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to her real estate career. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2018, Laura has helped her clients navigate the home-buying and selling process with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

A proud member of a law enforcement family, Laura and her family moved to Idaho from Southern California in 2008, drawn to the state’s strong sense of community and outdoor beauty. She has found the perfect place to call home, living on the outskirts of Boise and genuinely appreciates the small-town charm and welcoming neighbors of her community.

Laura’s approach to real estate is built on trust, strong relationships, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. She finds great joy in guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions, whether they are purchasing their first home, upgrading, or relocating. Beyond real estate, Laura is deeply involved in her community and her church, volunteering for causes close to her heart, including organizations that support veterans and children. She has served in Children’s Ministry, participated in Rake Up Boise, and supported local law enforcement events. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys fishing, camping, gardening, and spending time with her family.
