Franci Hettenbach joins the Mike Brown Group with almost three decades of banking, leasing, and real estate experience. With a career spanning 36 years, she has established herself as a trusted expert who provides an unparalleled client experience.

Franci spent the first 20 years of her career building a solid foundation in Banking. Working in various roles within the industry– she excelled in positions that demanded strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

After two successful decades in banking, it was a natural transition for her to expand her skill set into the real estate industry. Bringing her financial acumen and client-focused approach to the table, Franci honed her skills as a real estate advisor. Stretching from the Southern California coast to San Francisco Bay area– this California native has been guiding her client’s home since 2007.

Throughout Franci’s 16 years as a REALTOR®, she has steadfastly committed to professional growth. Always staying attuned to the latest industry trends and local real estate market, her clients can feel confident in their real estate journey. Building trusting relationships is the foundation on which Franci provides excellent customer service.

In 2016, Franci and her family decided to swap the Golden State for the Gem State, officially calling Idaho home in 2021, where she continues to serve her clients in the Treasure Valley. From educating first-time homebuyers to providing a reassuring voice to the empty nester closing the door on a lifetime of memories– Franci’s gentle spirit offers a human connection in one of life’s most personal and important journeys.

Franci is a wholehearted leader whose professional compassion is an extension of who she is in life. A Special Olympics Bocce Ball coach for eight years (even making it to the Summer Games), Franci’s big heart is a welcomed addition to the MBG team.

Franci enjoys a warm afternoon boating with her husband or learning to perfect her golf swing when she isn’t busy assisting her clients in their buying and selling journey. Her motto is “to live each day in the moment,” and she is certainly doing just that!
