Carmen Wilson has a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. And she serves her clients best by empowering and guiding them—helping them make educated decisions, whether they are buying or selling an existing home, new construction, land or investment properties.

Her willingness to share her expertise and her positive enthusiasm helps their dreams become reality.

As a former veterinary technician, Carmen counseled clients through some of life’s most difficult decisions—a valuable attribute she brings to her real estate business. With strong attention to detail and a belief that everyone is important, she skillfully guides clients through each transaction and continues to provide value long after the closing.

Carmen is a licensed realtor in Idaho and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She also has her Real Estate Negotiations Expert Designation—RENE, her Seller Representative Specialist Designation and is a graduate of Buffini and Company’s Peak Producer training program. She has received the Commitment to Excellence Certification from the National Association of REALTORS® and she was recognized as a Top Producer by the Boise Regional REALTORS®.

When she’s not busy helping her real estate clients, Carmen loves to give back. She is volunteer at the Idaho Humane Society. She has also loved donating her time in Rake Up Boise, Paint the Town, and helping at the Treasure Valley’s Ronald McDonald House.

Originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, Carmen attended West Hawaii Community College with an emphasis in business. She relocated to the Treasure Valley with her husband, two sons and loves spending time enjoying the wonderful parks in our area and exploring Idaho’s natural beauty.
