Kristen Allstun

Meet Kristen, the Mike Brown Group’s Director of First Impressions! Although new to the real estate world, Kristen is already loving the excitement of seeing homes hit the market and is eager to dive into learning more about the industry.

Before joining the team, Kristen spent over 15 years as an administrative professional, including seven years supporting the Engineering Department at an Aerospace Manufacturing Company. Her years of experience have fine-tuned her organizational and people skills, making her a perfect fit for her current role. Kristen’s warm, welcoming nature ensures every visitor feels at home the moment they walk through the doors at The Mike Brown Group. She is dedicated to going above and beyond to make sure our agents have everything they need for their daily success.

For Kristen, the most rewarding part of her role is knowing that she plays a small part in making the agents’ days run a little smoother. She truly enjoys supporting the team and seeing how even the smallest tasks can make a big difference.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending quality time with her nephew, doing jigsaw puzzles, baking cookies, and painting. She also loves unwinding with her cats and watching movies after a busy day. In her free time, she channels her creative energy into carving wooden signs, baking, and crocheting. Kristen is also an outdoor enthusiast who loves snowboarding and camping adventures.

One of Kristen’s greatest inspirations is her pastor, who embodies strong faith, a gentle but strong spirit, and kindness—qualities that Kristen strives to reflect in her own life. Kristen can be described as a person that is reliable, patient, empathetic, and always has a smile on her face.
