His journey in the real estate realm was preceded by a successful stint within the clothing industry, notably with the golf clothing brand Straight Down– par for the course for this expert golfer. During this time, Ian cultivated a deep-seated appreciation for the values of tradition, history, and authentic connection—principles that continue to underpin his approach to real estate today.

Having sharpened his skills and expanded his expertise, Ian transitioned to the desert landscape of Phoenix, where he continued to develop his professional horizons while establishing his real estate career in 2008. Over the years, Ian mastered real estate’s resale and luxury facets, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor.

Despite the temptation to remain under the desert sun, Idaho ultimately claimed the top spot in Ian’s life plan. In 2019, Ian and his family began a new chapter in Eagle, Idaho. Joining forces with the Silvercreek Realty Group, Ian ultimately found his home with the Mike Brown Group in 2020. With his extensive real estate background, Ian has become an integral part of the MBG team.
