2020 Boise Fall Parade of Homes

The 2020 Boise Fall Parade of Homes starts today and features 15 gorgeous homes from some of the area’s premier homebuilders. Unlike the Spring Parade of Homes, the Fall Parade features fewer builders, but the houses are still impressive. The expert craftsmanship and attention to detail exhibited by the award-winning builders are something to admire and appreciate.

The Mike Brown Group is pleased to represent Biltmore Co. in this year’s 2020 Boise Fall Parade of Homes. Their entry, “The Cottonwood,” is a new design created especially for this fall’s Parade and may be available as a design option for future builds.

Located in the Dry Creek Ranch community, “The Cottonwood” has ample space for everyone, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms with 2,874 square feet of living space. It has a tech room and a main floor owner’s suite separate from the other bedrooms. The home features an open floor plan and has a huge upstairs bonus room. Additionally, it has a covered porch, a covered patio, and a 2-car garage with an RV bay with a 12’ x 14’ door.

The home’s kitchen and bathrooms feature vinyl composite core flooring, quartz countertops, and beautiful European-style knotty alder cabinets. The great room has a corner gas fireplace. The large kitchen has a breakfast bar and a corner pantry. The fantastic main floor owner’s suite is something to behold.

The Dry Creek Ranch community is a new construction community at the base of the Boise foothills. It features large lots with convenient access to amenities and natural trails, perfect for hiking or horseback riding.

Besides building in Dry Creek Ranch, Biltmore Co. also builds in several other new construction communities in Boise, and beyond. Those communities include Eagle Mountain Estates in Eagle, Bridgetower West in Meridian, Riverstone in Star, Windsong in Meridian, and Boulder Point in Boise.

“The Cottonwood” is the 2020 Boise Parade of Homes Home #15 and is located at 8581 W. Suttle Lake Drive in Boise. The home is open for a tour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from October 2nd through October 18th.
